Property Management services includes all the functions necessary for portfolio’s operations as: technical-administrative and legal monitoring of the assets owned by the REoCo and are divided into the following macro-activities:

  • Services to support the asset’s acquisition process (ex. due diligences, taking charge of operations, keys management, safety & security etc.)

  • Valorization & Maintenance (ex. Property administrative and technical management, maintenance management & control etc.)

  • Regularisation (ex. Regularisation strategy & planning, public administration documents collections etc.)
